Terms and conditions of Sales and delivery

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The sales conditions apply when purchasing goods and services from the e-shop. The prices of products and services sold in the e-shop are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price of the goods. All prices for goods sold in the e-shop are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer during the order process. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the e-shop.
Order and Payment Process
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you need to fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method for the products. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele
- Estonian buy later solutions: Inbank pay next month, Inbank split into installments, Inbank hire purchase
- Kniks gift card
- Visa/Mastercard card payments

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Transactions take place outside the e-shop in a secure environment—when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card information. The agreement takes effect upon the receipt of the due amount in the e-shop's bank account.
The owner of the e-shop is the data controller and forwards the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, and other EU countries.
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: tickets and participation via email.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the buyer's designated destination within 2-5 business days from the effective date of the sales agreement. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 3-6 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, there is a right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in a manner similar to what is allowed for testing goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the e-shop has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
Returning Goods
To return goods, the buyer must submit a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase either through the form provided here or send it to the email address info@studiok28.com no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the declaration or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the specified period.
The e-shop will refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract without delay upon receiving the returned goods, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration.
The e-shop may withhold refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the e-shop, the e-shop is not obliged to refund any costs exceeding those associated with the standard delivery method.
The e-shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the e-shop was significantly marked down due to an error compared to the market price.
Right to Submit a Claim
The e-shop is responsible for non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the buyer that were present at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year from the delivery of the goods, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof to rebut this presumption lies with the e-shop.
The buyer has the right to contact the e-shop regarding a defect within two months of its appearance by sending an email to info@studiok28.com or by calling: +37256881355.
The e-shop is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the e-shop have defects for which the e-shop is liable, the e-shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the e-shop will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales agreement.
The e-shop will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The e-shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The e-shop transmits personal data to the companies providing delivery services in order to deliver the goods.
The e-shop will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their email address on the website and indicated their wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by informing us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution

If the buyer and the e-shop are unable to resolve the dispute through agreement, the buyer has the option to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions for the proceedings can be reviewed, and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the e-shop. The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also contact the European Union’s platform for resolving consumer disputes.
